Parliament Issue 39 • Preneed Sales - There's More Than Just Asking to Buy
The 39th issue of Parliament tackles Preneed sales. Sales are a funny thing. Not a funny HA HA; but a funny issue in general. People get squirmy when you start talking sales. For many it sends images of used car salesmen or sitting in a timeshare program. The truth is that sales are an integral part of every business - deathcare included. Sales are not bad; but how you sell can be. This issue is all about sales - and doing it right. When you do anything right, you can make it a positive experience. So, as we always say, sit back; take a read of this issue of Parliament; let us sell you on some great sales info.
The 39th issue of Parliament is all about sales. You would think that since sales are the basis of any business (let’s face it, you don’t have a business if you don’t sell something) it would think that businesses would be working to improve this area all the time -right? Sadly, many businesses take sales for granted. Worse, they are embarrassed or feel bad about sales (As a lawyer I never did get that ‘feeling’ thing.) Well enough is enough. In this issue we are giving you some great articles, and info, on preened sales. Every article lays out the right way to do it, so you can be proud of what you do, and of course, cover your . . . well you know.

ABOUT PARLIAMENT
The owl has long been associated with wisdom, longevity and truth. They’ve appeared for centuries in old texts (and sometimes new texts) related to death and to justice.
That said, Lemasters is a blend of two things: deathcare and law.
The owl has been a part of our company symbolism since our founding (the three colored circles in the logo for Lemasters are inspired by the shape of an owl’s eye).
And the name of this publication? A Parliament is what you call a group of owls.
