Parliament Issue 51 • The New Growth and New Ways Issue
This issue shows you ways to grow your employee and customer relationships. We even have a look at some growing areas of deathcare like customer experience, and customer reviews; and a really special treat as we look at new ways AI could be a part of deathcare. So, sit back, and get ready to grow as you read the latest issue of Parliament.
This issue of Parliament is our New Growth and New Ways issue. It's a nod to Spring and all the new growth that we see in Spring. But guess what. It's not just new growth, it's also growing in new ways. Sometimes we - I really mean you and your business - take for granted that things will just continue to pop up and grow because they always have in the past. Well that isn't how it works! Times change. What worked last year, or 20 years ago for some of you, doesn't work anymore. Sometimes you have to add some new fertilizer to the field to get things to grow! And that fertilizer is where Parliament comes in. Wait. That sounds really wrong. Oh well, you know what I mean! It's time to understand some new ideas and Parliament is bringing that to you (and that's not a load of fertilizer!)

ABOUT PARLIAMENT
The owl has long been associated with wisdom, longevity and truth. They’ve appeared for centuries in old texts (and sometimes new texts) related to death and to justice.
That said, Lemasters is a blend of two things: deathcare and law.
The owl has been a part of our company symbolism since our founding (the three colored circles in the logo for Lemasters are inspired by the shape of an owl’s eye).
And the name of this publication? A Parliament is what you call a group of owls.
